@BassettUS We bought a couch from Bassett two years ago that was approximately $11,000 and it has completely fallen apart. It is only my husband and I so not a ton of wear and tear. Really not what they presented and I am appalled at how bad it looks and feels. Really, really unhappy and would NEVER refer @BassettUS to anyone. Very poor quality!!

@BrevilleUSA I bought a very expensive toaster $90.00 from Breville that is completely deficient in all aspects. I think that is a lot for a toaster that functions so poorly. I tried to get a replacement or return and it was declined. I am very disgusted!

@AppleSupport @Apple Worst customer service on my MacBook Pro. Doesn't work correctly, never has and cannot get anyone to listen or replace my computer. Driving me crazy and awful when it was $2,800.00 and it doesn't work.

@Walgreens I use the Walgreens Pharmacy on Mission in Oceanside. It is literally THE WORST. The staff is rude, management does nothing and you can never talk to anyone. It is so frustrating as a patient when 7 days go by and you cannot find out why a prescription is not filled.

@Walgreens This is the worst pharmacy EVER! Seems like if you have a disease you need medicine for, no one, not even the pharmacist cares to help you. I thought the purpose of a pharmacy and pharmacist is patient care. Definitely not at the Walgreens in Oceanside on Mission.

@madebygoogle Nothing works. We cannot connect to Wifi, the thermostat does not even stay charged long enough to do anything.

@madebygoogle We have to charge it up again. It only holds a charge for sbout 10 minutes. Once it has a charge I will follow your instructions and get back to you.

@molly_vida Thanks for confirming. Could you try resetting its network settings by pressing its ring to open the Quick View menu > Settings > Reset > Network? Once done, you can try reconnecting it again to your Wi-Fi network. Keep us posted.

@madebygoogle Yes, we have tried everything. It does not hold a charge long enough for us to do anything. As soon as I took the pictures it needed to be charged up again. No messages are showing up in our Nest app as the Nest does not have Wifi connection. We have bee unable to connect it.

@molly_vida Thanks for the photos — to confirm, have you already tried charging your thermostat's display using a USB cable? Also, are you getting any messages in your Nest app?

@molly_vida Thanks for the photo. Could you also tell us the value of your thermostat's Iin power reading? Also, a picture of the wiring of your thermostat would be helpful.

@madebygoogle It just keeps saying attach to base and then as soon as we attach it to the base it says it needs to be charged.

@molly_vida Got it. Are you getting any messages on your thermostat display? Also, could you share with us a photo of the power reading of your thermostat? On the display — go to the Quick View menu > Settings > Technical Info > Power.

@madebygoogle Hi, our next is a 3rd Gen, the problem started happening about a week ago. We purchased it about a year or year and a half ago from Lowe’s and we are in the US.
