A terrestrial television station is one that your grandmother in the village can switch on using the TV you bought for her, without subscriptions, without the internet, without any specialised equipment. If she cannot access it that way, then it is not terrestrial television. So take your time, go and acquaint yourself with what the word “terrestrial” actually means, then come back and apologise after you have educated yourself.
