@4Gabe1 I like field Lax and it has its place but the sixes format & box lacrosse for that matter is a lot better for developing youth players rather then making them play on a full field where they rarely touch the ball. Plus it’s easier for new / smaller programs to field teams.

@monarchlax16 I think we should just get rid of field lax altogether it seems like it’s no fun and sixes is the best thing. It’s way to hard to rotate kids playing Attack with kids playing D.

100% agree. Youth Rec is about development & getting as many touches w the ball as possible. I see this every Saturday where kids just stand around on a 10v10 field & barely touch the ball. Other sports like flag football are growing because it’s fast paced & every kids involved
