@Idontthinksokid The receipt also states the card design as 'heart flower' again this is not the design on our Gift card. The gift card number on that receipt also will not match that on the back of the Monsoon Gift card which will start with a '50'
@MonsoonUK I understand according to your help page about your gift cards that they are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase eg. Purchased on 10/6/24 valid until 10/6/26? Please respond as your CS states they won't allow me to redeem it which I tried to do today?!!

@MonsoonUK Evri are the worst couriers ever. They have lost the package they were meant to deliver on a next day delivery service. They are now being impersonated by fraudsters trying to steal money from your customers. Fraudsters may also be impersonating your company on here.

@MonsoonUK I placed an order today at 430pm and got an email at 8pm stating my order will arrive by the 20th Nov. I paid for next day and was 2 hours early from the cut off. Any chance this is just a glitch and my order will arrive tomorrow?

@MonsoonUK I’m trying to get a response from customer services with no success. I have tried ringing but after a lengthy wait gave up and have tried via WhatsApp. Is was supposed to be out through to an agent but it hasn’t happened.

How can I have an account that I have edited that was linked to my original store card suddenly not be linked and not getting points on it? I have always received your marketing emails, so what gives? I may as well unsubscribe and never shop with you again.

@BBCWatchdog I ordered 2 items from @MonsoonUK but the default address for delivery was wrong - my mistake. @MonsoonUK say they can’t alter it retrospectively, ask the courier @evri . @evri say they can’t alter it, ask @MonsoonUK. Delivered to an address we’ve moved from.
