@MonsterHigh How do I go about getting new paperwork? Mine never came with any and I’ve spoken to two different agents once said it’s not possible to get them and to send them back the other one said that I might be able to get them but it depends.

@MonsterHigh Can you guys confirm if the second release shining Twins are supposed to have their certificates of authenticity? I’ve spoken to two different agents who told me two different things One said they could. One said they couldn’t. Pick one.

My Cupid just came in and she’s soso cute, but @MonsterHigh whyyyyy is her leg paint not sealed well?! I had this problem in 2023 with Frankie and Lagoona too 😢 IK it’s not that deep but her leg already scuffed coming out of the box, this shouldn’t be an issue 😭

@MonsterHigh first of all I ordered my Frankie off of a Polish delivery shop called “ Allegro” I had her for only me two days and her hands are becoming yellow and her design is wearing off. Can I get a refund from this?
