1. When was the last time you reinstalled windows
2. Are you tweaked/have you tweaked yourself?
3. Have you run a repair scan on your windows?

1. Use DDU to fully wipe your driver and install new ones using NVCleanstall
2. Update BIOS and Chipset/Network Drivers
3. Debloat/Clean Up your computers files and apps.
4. Get on a Custom/Debloated OS
Your windows might be corrupted so reinstalling is best
