No woman wants to mother the man she is meant to desire. When she carries the chores, the mental load, and the responsibility, he stops feeling like a husband and starts feeling like another child. That resentment is dry tinder for a sexless marriage.

Cornell men get it. Dinner parties are far better than binge drinking at bars with music so loud you can’t talk. This was 1950s–early 60s young adult culture. Dinner parties > bars. Who’s cooking? How are the guys dressed? Do SEC/ACC/Big10 state-school guys do this too?

My propaganda is that people should be fatter and bigger. You should have a little gravity to you. But put on weight in a life-affirming way. Not out of sloth and gluttony, but out of vigor. People need to put on mass and reach the sweet spot of strength and earthiness. Stay in perpetual movement, train and nourish intentionally. A little bit in excess, a little bit of heft and plumpness, because you can. This is sexy.
