@skojaku The problem is I've also received several reviews that are very generic (they can be applied to any paper) or seem to have been written by a Gen AI. If the editor doesn't pay attention, an AI-generated paper could be published based on these generic/AI reviews.

Oh, after receiving many reviews written by ChatGPT while editing for a journal, I've finally received a potential manuscript that was entirely written by ChatGPT (or something similar). It even includes nonsensical plots, code, and S.I. tables.

Just to clarify. It was just a super simple procedure that any small clinic could have done in a few minutes, if at least they were opened on Sundays. Only IU Urgent Care was opened, but the wait time was absurd.

Stunned by the inefficiencies in the U.S. healthcare system. On a Sunday evening, my only option was the IU Hospital ER, as Urgent Care had a 6-hour wait. Ended up spending more than 4 hours in the ER for a necessary, yet quick procedure. Can't wait for the bill! #saudadesSUS
