Could you please pray for my daughter, Lainey? She's having heart surgery this morning to hopefully close a hole in her heart that causes a heart murmur. The procedure is low risk and they operate through an artery, not open heart surgery. Even though it's "safe," it's hard not to be anxious and scared. Thank you! 🤟

Two weeks ago, I was contemplating the timing of sharing that my wife and I were expecting a third child. During a doctor's visit on the 13th, we found out that the baby had stopped developing and passed away shortly after our first sonogram appointment. I'm sharing this because miscarriage is more common than you think, and there are a lot of couples that go through the grief of losing a baby alone. If you have lost a child from miscarriage, you're not alone, and I'm very sorry for your loss. It's a pain that you cannot understand unless you have gone through it. Even though we are still processing grief from the situation, we still have hope that we will get to meet our child one day. This gives us joy, and we praise God for it!
