as someone who has lived in cities, farmland, suburbs and everything in-between, I will never understand why Anyone would choose suburbs when all of the other options exist. It’s like the worst of both worlds

@stacycay this is the only Real reason i’ve seen to consider like i think schools are the only real reason people live there which is kinda a bummer because we all know *why* schools have disproportionately better education in the suburbs

@mopykav You have a lot of kids and the public school districts are a lot better. If you’re rich enough to be able to afford a nice suburban house in a good district, but not rich enough to live in a comfortable house for a lot of people in the city and afford private school

@franktankdk my commute to work is free (i walk) and my 2 br apt is ~$600 cheaper than any suburban apartment i have yet seen Unfortunately
