@exquizitely Actually AoE 2 is still doing really well with a very active player base and an active esport scene. There will be a $200,000 Red Bull Event in April. They are also dropping multiple like 1.5 DLCs per year.

Spot on. I would also add that the AoE2 community is extremely generous and has supported players and streamers for years. In return we have the responsibility of protecting our community from dubious and predatory businesses, such as an online crypto betting platform. Getting involved with such platforms, and even worse promoting them, is a dangerous path that could easily ruin the lives of viewers that fall victim to the addictive nature of gambling/betting. Personally i will stay away from it entirely, and I sincerely hope this whole operation dies down soon enough.

Gambling will take away what makes our scene so unique and welcoming. Gambling is not only an issue on the ethical part, in a scene as small as ours this will hurt the competition a lot. Most of the top 50 players are commiting a ton of times for a low income per hours, the temptation to matchfix might be impossible to resist at some point. And even if no one tries such a thing, the hate towards a player throwing a game will be massive if gambling is seriously involved in our scene. Ethically, it's a No. In practice, it's a No. To preserve one of the friendliest community, it's a No.

La deuda pública no la pagamos entre los ciudadanos a través de impuestos; la deuda pública se refinancia con más deuda, pero se va diluyendo con el crecimiento económico. En España lleva bajando 4 años! Pero todavía hay gente como @InvertirDesde0 que va desinformando por ahí.
