The #M5 southbound between J22 #Edithmead and J23 #Puriton remains closed following an earlier fuel tanker incident. Clear up work is ongoing. Delays of around 2 hours 30 minutes continue, with approx. 8 miles of congestion on approach. Please allow extra travel time.

The #M5 in #Somerset is closed southbound between J22 #Edithmead and J23 #Puriton due to a traffic collision. All emergency services are on scene dealing. There are currently no delays against expected travel times.
