As a South African mom preparing to bring my husband and our two kids (13 & 10) to the United States, your love and encouragement have overwhelmed us.
We’ve been told we will fly out within the next 2 to 4 weeks. We’ll only know the exact date and landing city 4–5 days before departure when the tickets arrive.
We’re praying we make it in time to experience America’s 250th anniversary celebrations on July 4th! 🎆🇺🇸

Well it always seems to be something. Yesterday the air stopped working and with a little bit of encouragement from my wife I was able to find what I believe was the problem. Today, I was able to find parts and it is back together and working as it should. There are things outside of my wheel house, but it is nice to be able to fix things on my own. Sorry HVAC guys you don't get a service call for this one.

I know I keep hearing this is a news app, but we need distractions that's why I post mostly Farm content.
