He promised to run the country like he ran his business. It ended with Rudy Giuliani outside Four Season Total Landscaping next to a dildo shop, after a staffer mistakenly thought the empty parking lot was a Four Seasons hotel.

The American-led negotiations in Ukraine prolonged the war by encouraging Putin. The Russians dangled ludicrous business"deals" in front of Witkoff and Kushner who were too gullible to understand that they were being manipulated. Good the US has abandoned this failed policy
NEXTA@nexta_tv

⚡️ BREAKING: US halts Ukraine peace talks “We were the only ones both Russians and Ukrainians were willing to talk to. So we got involved. Unfortunately, it didn’t yield results. That’s the point,” — said Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Rubio added that Washington will return to negotiations only if the dynamics change, and noted: “If someone else wants to take this on — please, be my guest.”

1. Trump has lots of good ideas" is billionaire-speak for "he is cutting my taxes and regulations." 2. It is insane, INSANE, for anyone to claim Trump is "more mature, more disciplined" now when he just the other week posted online 50 times in a span of just 3 overnight hours, multiple conspiracy theories and insults, including calling Bezos's pal Obama a "demonic force" and a "traitor." Bezos doesn't believe what he is saying and is insulting all of our intelligence by trying to get us to believe he does.
Aaron Rupar@atrupar

Bezos on Trump: "I think he's a more mature, more disciplined version of himself than he was in his first term. Trump has lots of good ideas. He's been right about a lot of things. You have to give him credit where credit is due."

This is an official government account in a democracy. This is what Orbanism looks like. The president bragging, via AI video, that he forced a comedian who mocked him off the air and ‘into the trash’.

Good! Trump has only supported Putin. Ukraine will do much better without US interference. Keep Witkoff & Kushner out Ukraine and Russia! Let them do their presumably corrupt real estate deals in the US! Hopefully, the US will get some rule of law after Trump. Trump has no cards.
Jürgen Nauditt 🇩🇪🇺🇦@jurgen_nauditt

The U.S. has officially suspended trilateral talks with Ukraine and Russia aimed at ending the war, according to Rubio. Washington sees no point in continuing meetings that yield no results. We have no interest in engaging in an endless cycle of negotiations that leads nowhere. Trump and his mafia gang have caused more harm than they have achieved anything positive.

Trump pulls troops out of Poland and Germany. Putin announces he expects an attack from Latvia. Latvia. 1.8 million people. Zero offensive capacity. This is not a coincidence. The world’s biggest losers are coordinating, and they’re not even trying to hide it.

The fact that Trump made so sure to silence Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massie makes me more convinced than ever that there's something really incriminating in the Epstein files.

This New York Times piece is worth your time. Here’s what is happening, as simply as I can put it. Back in January, Trump sued the IRS, an agency he controls, demanding $10 billion over the leak of his tax returns a number of years ago. IRS lawyers did their jobs. They wrote a memo laying out the defenses that could beat the suit, including the fact that Trump filed too late. His own lawyer was in court when the leaker pleaded guilty in October 2023, more than two years before Trump sued. The Justice Department never showed up to court. Never argued back. Never used the defenses sitting on their desk. The judge got suspicious and ordered both sides to explain whether they were actually opposing each other or just colluding. The day before that brief was due, Trump dropped the suit. Same day, his Justice Department announced a $1.776 billion taxpayer-funded “anti-weaponization fund.”  Trump gets a formal apology. The IRS agrees to drop any audits of him and his family, even though a 2024 Times report found a loss in an ongoing audit could cost him over $100 million. The acting Attorney General, Trump’s former criminal defense attorney, picks the five commissioners who decide who gets paid. Trump can fire any of them. Proud Boys and Oath Keepers are not ruled out. This is the most corrupt thing I’ve ever seen from an American president. Where in the hell are my Republican colleagues? nytimes.com/2026/05/19/adm…

“They” didn’t leak Trump’s tax returns. An IRS contractor did - along with thousands of other tax returns - during Trump’s first term. Biden’s DOJ prosecuted the contractor, who got the max: 5 years in prison. This is shameful spin from SDNY U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton.
Aaron Rupar@atrupar

US attorney for SDNY Jay Clayton defends Trump's taxpayer-funded J6 slush fund: "I don't think we're gonna be talking about this issue in a week because the American people are gonna say, 'Look, they leaked his tax returns, they tried to destroy him. Okay, we resolved that.'"

People saying he won’t also need to explain how to stop it, because he won’t stop on his own. Simply hoping it’s not possible ignores what’s been happening in Congress and the Supreme Court for the last year. This year’s midterms must be an overwhelming repudiation.

If you want to understand why so many people - leftists, Arabs, Muslims, antiwar folks - like and promote Tucker Carlson right now - despite his reprehensible views on plenty of other issues - it’s because he says stuff like this, which most others in the US media refuse to.

Well done, MAGA. Well done, Trump followers. Well done, all my former Republican congressional colleagues. Well done, all my former right wing media colleagues. Your cowardice, your fear, your caring only about ratings/audience/votes/getting elected/staying in power, your placing party over country, your abandonment of all principle, your cultish devotion to a corrupt, lawless sociopath brought us here. Well done. Hope you’re proud.👇

Louisiana governor Laundry is in Greenland for his first time ever because he has been tasked with taking over the island. He does not think they have cookies in Greenland and acts like a white man in Africa in the 1800's. "Here savages. If I give you some glass pearls, you give me your country." The existence of this man is not only an insult to the Greenlanders but an international crime against human intelligence. He is clearly a complete idiot, and I really dont know why we allow him to be in Greenland.

Trump has successfully censored most major US media. The US ranks #64 on the World Press Freedom index, which is below freedom. And it is getting worse very soon. Sad to see that the US lacks checks and balances & is unable to defend freedom.
