My son had a 4.3 out of a 4.0 grade scale, yet he was overlooked because of DEI. My son then went into the service served 4 years and a tour in Afghanistan. He then came back and just finished dual Major in Electrical Engineering and Computer science. Lefts leveling the playing field does nothing but hold gifted people back so mediocre people can take their place.

If you are Asian, just know that DEI initiatives ACTIVELY discriminate against you, just like they do for white people.
DEI isn't about encouraging diversity, it's about punishing success and competence.
