@farsidegooner Oh yeah, they’ve been great. We’ve had two brand new cars from our local Suzuki dealer. They’ve been really good. My local dealer sourced a paddle shifter somehow (not from Suzuki NZ). Got it sorted for a thousand dollars less.

I have been told by several Suzuki dealers in my country, and the NZ head office, that the switch cannot be replaced without replacing the entire steering wheel, at a cost of $1308 NZD. Surely this cannot be right! Surely Suzuki wouldn’t make a high fail component like a switch that is used dozens or hundreds of times a day, non serviceable. I can’t believe this is true. What are my real options here please, help your dealers to help me. $1308 to replace a $5 switch seems insane. P.S. I failed to find contact details on your website, so twitter it is.
