500 Broadway, "The Park" in Santa Monica has a notice of default $439,500,491.47 I guess 6 years of not reducing rents and the building 50% empty is not a good strategy!

@CohenSite @SinaiLawFirm please stop with "research shows". The buildings are sitting mostly empty. The demand to live in DTSM isn't there. It will remain that way until the city and county clean up. It's not safe to walk around at night.

(although research shows that on average, new supply does lower rents in the immediate area)
You also can’t make sweeping claims from one building
