@joshikongo @AmericanAir Honestly happy for you. Wish we all had the same. I can speak from experience with @AmericanAir in MIA and customer support on the phone - nothing but run arounds, incompetence, lies and brush offs. @AmericanAir dropped the ball

I know @AmericanAir is getting a lot of heat due to snowstorm disruptions, but I just had a pleasant experience with a check-in agent who ensured I got on the earliest possible flight after multiple cancellations and delays. I will maintain my status for incidents like these.

@AmericanAir Flight AA1357 (26JAN) MIA-JFK. AA is refusing to return our checked bags. Us and our son have no clothing. Need immediate baggage release/delivery.

Bottom line no one at @AmericanAir knows anything and no one is being helpful at all. They are smug to boot. They may have a lot of people coming at them but they A. Show they don’t care and B. Clearly have no ability to help.

And now a staff member Johnny in baggage claim said they are in MIA but he won’t be able to get them. Then he said they are not in MAI and wouldn’t tell me where. When I pushed he said they are in JFK but he didn’t seem confident.

Finally another staffer said again, they are in MIA but they won’t get them for me and will send them to JFK when they can

JFK staff told a family member that our bags actually stayed in MIA. So I left my hotel (another LYFT) and they told me I can’t have my bags

@AmericanAir I have been on a call back wait from customer service for I can’t even count how many hours. Not the experience we expect from a carrier like AA.

@AmericanAir Additionally these now show the flight went to NY after they told us to leave - without our bags. We have no clothing. Nothing.
