@iasupport I had a blockage this weekend - fortunately I had a warning - I didn’t eat - drank hot tea - hot water bottle on stoma area - massage and tried to relax. I feel fortunate that this time I didn’t end up in hospital - blockages are very painful.

Let's be honest, from time to time we are likely to get a blockage. They can be uncomfortable and down right painful. How do you manage a blockage?
