Actually easier. Just become a non-stock corporation more consistent with the NCAA's claimed 501(c)(3) status. Could even do it in Indiana and limit the state court risk solely to one state. #NotLegalAdvice

I imagine some tall-building NCAA lawyers who charge $2K an hour will eventually write a 50-page memo citing dozens of cases with a conclusion that says precisely what I said - but with a price tag of $50,000. And the NCAA will say: “Nah, there must be a better solution.”
