I always advised that we should be careful and apprehensive about him, not once did I post about him, calling people to him as if he were someone to be followed. Those who are prominent in the daʿwah are doing great work, but I think this specific scenario could have been foreseen, they should've exercised more caution in their praise of him. May Allāh protect us from evil and protect the daʿwah, āmīn.
