I think my old thread is messed up. I'll start a new one. Today I've released version 2.7.0 of the M365 Call Flow Visualizer. #MSTeams - [()] will be removed from holiday call handling names because of mermaid syntax errors. - Added support to display / export MS System Greeting

@JenMsft Yes, but I prefer adding multiple timezones in New Outlook and compare them horizontally. 😊

PlayStation exclusives aren’t coming to PC anymore. Sony has scrapped plans to launch a PC versions of Ghost of Yōtei and other titles, but online games will still come to multiple platforms following this change in strategy theverge.com/games/932817/p…

I remember sending in my Project Scorpio edition because of loud fan noise. To my surprise, they sent me another scorpio back. It was only a couple of weeks after launch, so they probably still had stock though. We see this everywhere, there are just not enough people who generally and genuinely care about stuff anymore.

@Daniel_Rubino I believe there were reports they did this with Project Scorpio edition of Xbox One, which actually seemed to have a higher fail rate, and they sent back a the regular Xbox One X.

NGL, this is really a bad experience from Microsoft/Surface. Dude sent in 1 of only 50 special Microsoft 50th Anniversary laptops (I have one) for repair, went out of his way to specify not to send a replacement, and they did anyway. Now, that laptop is gone, likely forever. Full story👇 windowscentral.com/hardware/surfa…

Google won't see usage decline because of AI chat bots. They'll see usage decline because people rather go on X to complain about something instead of googling to find an actual solution for their source of momentary anger.

What‘s the difference between the „Shared“ tab in Microsoft Teams chats and the Image Gallery tab? The Image Gallery tab shows you all images from that chat or channel, including inline images (i.e. pasted images) and not just the ones that were sent as an attachment and stored on OneDrive or SharePoint. web.imagegallery.dialtoneapps.com/features/tab-f…

My timeline keeps asking what people have actually built and shipped with AI. Today, after almost 2 months of non-stop building, I'm finally ready to reveal my new Microsoft Teams App "Image Gallery". It gives you a tab for chats and channels to see all images, including inline images and a personal tab to see all images, from all Image Gallery enabled chats. On-device AI OCR and tagging helps you find images faster by searching for text within images or i.e. simply search for a keyword like "screenshot". Check it out at: web.imagegallery.dialtoneapps.com

@vxunderground @RiderHomie @NathanMcNulty Actually, @vxunderground is not wrong. Only compiled .NET code "commands" are called Cmdlets. When it's pure PowerSehll, it's called a Function. Imho, "command(s)" is fine as a broader term, Cmdlet is specific to compiled .NET code. This particular command is not a Cmdlet.

Microsoft: PowerShell is simple and easy to use. Actual PowerShell command: Remove-MgIdentityAuthenticationEventFlowAsOnGraphAPretributeCollectionExternalUserSelfServiceSignUpAttributeIdentityUserFlowAttributeByRef No, this isn't a joke. This was noted by @NathanMcNulty

@NathanMcNulty Yeah Invoke-MgGraphRequest is great. I recently had to tell Opus that it should use it instead of using Invoke-RestMethod and handling token acquisition and refresh manually... It's reasoning was Microsoft.Graph.Authentication has to be installed...

@mozzeph Yup :P They have a process for extending the docs with custom content, but it was totally not worth my time (insanely complicated..) I lost track of who all uses it and what modifications they have to the processes. I just stick to Invoke-MgGraphRequest/Invoke-AzRestMethod

@NathanMcNulty Oh nice thanks for sharing that. I did not know for sure but always suspected it. I guess this also creates the Graph Cmdlet Docs without any valuable examples? 😂

@merill @_h0x0d_ Weird, MS stock doesn‘t seem to have taken a plunge yet… Just kidding of course. 😁 That sounds like a very exciting new chapter and I wish you all the best! I‘m excited for you and to see what you‘ll do next! 🎉

Hey folks, some personal news. I’m leaving Microsoft. It’s been a privilege to work here, and I’m incredibly grateful for the people I’ve worked with, the customers I’ve learned from, and the support so many of you have shown me along the way. I’m now starting out on my own and chasing a dream I’ve had for a long time: building software that makes security more practical, accessible, and useful for the people doing the work every day. Why now? With all the change happening around us, I feel like new possibilities are opening up. I want to spend this next chapter building things I care deeply about, solving problems that matter, and doing work that brings me joy. I’m excited. Nervous. Grateful. My newsletters, podcast, Maester and other tools will all be part of this next chapter, and I’ll share more in the coming weeks. Thank you for being part of the journey so far. I’m looking forward to building this next chapter with your support.

Had to remove my Microsoft Account from Microsoft Authenticator because the passwordless login attempts were spamming me with about 10 notifications a day Really needs fixing, they got rid of the login attempt history on the website too

Claude really did a number on me by naming something how it saw fit. I changed all the user facing labels but there are still so many references in code. No matter how many times I tell it to not call it that anymore and save it to repo memory, it keeps using that old term. Make sure you agree on naming before letting AI implement any big feature.
