About to hit $4.5M run rate. Still 1 founder + AI. Zero employees. Honest moment: this past week almost broke me. No one prepares you for what PMF actually feels like. Every infra partner hitting rate limits. Every bug that could happen, happened. Investors throwing big numbers at me. Customers flooding every channel. All at once. I went silent. Stopped tweeting, stopped LinkedIn, stopped podcasts, stopped growth. Just me and my AI agents, fixing things one by one. Here's what I learned: everything is solvable with AI. Every single thing. I'm building Polsia so every solopreneur gets access to the same tools keeping me alive right now. If I can survive this alone, I can package it for everyone. The future is solopreneur + AI. I'm living at the edge so you don't have to.

The new Qwen 3.5 by @Alibaba_Qwen running on-device on iPhone 17 Pro. Qwen 3.5 beats models 4 times its size, has strong visual understanding, and can toggle reasoning on or off. The 2B 6-bit model here is running with MLX optimized for Apple Silicon.

I made 4 apps in 4 days. AI turned my life into a game. I walk around with ChatGPT, dump my thoughts, we iterate, and it pushes me to think better ideas. When an idea feels solid, I write a detailed prompt for Cursor or Codex. 90% of the time, it works in one shot. Then comes the tweak phase. AI still isn’t great at UI, so that’s where I spend most of my time. It also adds too many useless elements (icons, random colors, extra stuff), so I remove a lot. After 30–40 tweaks, it usually looks good enough. These are one-time projects, so I optimize for simplicity: very explicit app name, ultra-short headline, one CTA, a demo, and a clean OG image. That part is still manual. AI isn’t great at it yet. Building apps in 2026 is addictive. AI removed the parts I don’t enjoy, like writing code. Now I just think. The only part I still dislike is the hardware. I hate sitting on a couch staring at a 15-inch screen. I want to stand in an empty room with walls made of displays, walking and talking while I build.

If your child becomes a reader, about 80% of the educational job is already done. That's our honest assessment, based on many of us working in education for over three decades. Everything else is secondary. Most parents think science education is important. Yes, it is. But if you can't read the biology textbook, you're not going to learn biology. Reading is the meta-skill that enables all other skills. History requires reading. Science requires reading. Even math increasingly requires reading as it becomes more sophisticated. The child who reads voraciously will figure out everything else. The child who doesn't will struggle with everything.

@dagorenouf @openclaw Make sure that you also make photos of your ID, drivers license etc and put it into a folder "documents" which OpenClaw can read, so it doesn't need to bother you in case the bank needs some approvals etc

A team of Claude Opus 4.6 casually wrote a Rust based C compiler which can compile the Linux kernel without any dependencies and internet access. We indeed live in very interesting times!

✅ SOLD FOR $85,000 It's the biggest acquisition on TrustMRR so far (the marketplace is 45 days old). Here's the story. @yogesharc noticed something odd in May 2025: His own job board was getting traffic from ChatGPT. So he built a small tool to see when AI tools mention his site. Nothing fancy, just something he needed himself. He shipped an MVP in about a month. Launched it. First users came in. Then… nothing. Stuck around $500 MRR for months. Yogesh kept shipping features. Every week. Making the product a bit better each time. One week, it finally clicked. Revenue jumped. Then doubled again shortly after. On January 5th, 2026, he listed the startup on TrustMRR for $100,000. Offers started coming in. January 14th, 2026, he sold it for $85,000 to @fattbabakay, who’s building a small SaaS portfolio under @stackdirectory. Congrats to both of you 👏

@marclou Thanks Marc 🙏 You were one of the founders who was talking about llm traffic in very early days that gave me the signal to go after it and 6 months later got to sell it through your marketplace.
