CONGRESS | #EHA2026 | POSTER Harry Gill presents integrated safety and efficacy data from the phase III SURPASS-ET and phase IIb EXCEED-ET studies, evaluating ropeginterferon alfa-2b in #EssentialThrombocythemia (ropeginterferon alfa-2b, n = 182; anagrelide, n = 83). - In SURPASS-ET, ropeginterferon alfa-2b treatment resulted in higher durable modified objective ELN response at Months 9 and 12 vs anagrelide (58.0% vs 19.5%; p < 0.0001). - In EXCEED-ET, durable modified objective ELN responses of up to 60.2% were observed at Months 10 and 13. - Comparable safety was observed across the two studies; the most frequent TEAEs were increased ALT and AST (45.1% each), anemia (29.1%), headache (25.8%), and decreased WBC (23.1%).
