In 2018 LeBron James reached perhaps the highest level a basketball player has ever reached, and yet Steph and KD were relatively close. That top 3 is just going to be so hard to beat. But I do think this group is capable if Wemby can reach the heights we all know he can.

Between the levels Luka, SGA and Wemby are at right now and where Jokic and Giannis were before they got hurt earlier in the season, I can’t remember the last time the NBA had a top five this deep. Not sure if it’s ever happened.

Luka isn’t the MVP this season. I’ve been clear I think Shai is the runaway favorite. But we have reached a point where there are people in the media saying he possibly shouldn’t even be first team All-NBA and that’s ridiculous. And players who aren’t as good as him placed ahead.

Loved every minute of Bam’s 83. The absurd possessions. The home broadcast raving about his unselfishness when he made a pass. Spo’s ridiculous challenge. Fouling up 20+ to stop the clock. The bombs from 3. Washington fouling a different player so Bam wouldn’t get the shot. The missed FTA to try for another possession. Can’t get mad at Miami when the other team is hoping to lose.
