**Key Questions for Simplilearn’s Accountability** 1. If the exam tab could indeed have been reactivated, why was a full year of my time wasted due to the platform’s inaction?

Status update: Simplilearn people approached me to re-look into this issue and provide a solution. Their only solution was to re-activate the exam tab. Upon my denial, as I have already got the certification from another institution, case closed with no resolution. @simplilearn

So no resolution with denial to return my money deposited for the course. @simplilearn @jagograhakjago @ConsumerForums

Status update: Simplilearn approached me to provide a resolution. Their only resolution from their end is, on an exceptional basis they may "reactivate the exam tab" for the LSSGB program which I was enrolled with, and closed the case with no other resolution. @simplilearn

It's been long time, but the Simplilearn management never reverted back with a solution and closed the case by embezzling my money. @jagograhakjago @nch1915 @consaff @simplilearn

So please think and investigate multiple times before enrolling with this service provider and get trapped into their policy scam and lose your hard-earned money.

The other part of this incident is, their Relationship managers kept on contacting and accepting the mistake offline from Simplilearn side but in the name of 'policy' they denied helping or refund the money at all.

I contacted Simplilearn authorities via email multiple times and had detailed conversation by writing and providing proofs also, but they simply kept on declining my request to activate the exam tab even though it was a clear miss from their end, or refund the exam fees.

However, it was never clarified to me in any conversation that the exam tab and course validity were two different things when exam tab is inbuilt with the course.

However, the real shock raised when I contacted Simplilearn customer care the same day, they refused to provide an exam voucher and reactivate the exam tab, by saying exam tab was not extended along with course validity.

Whenever I reverted back to them asking to provide some help in the project, they kept on extending the course validity. I somehow completed my SSGB project by myself and submitted for review which got approved also and so my Course completion certificate was unlocked.

I had reverted back way before that asking to assign a mentor to help complete the project for which they provided some sample papers and the course validity was extended by the Simplilearn executive. A mentor help was never provided.

Also asked to provide the exam voucher. However, I was told that the exam voucher would be provided only when the course completion certificate was unlocked, and I was asked to revert back before a certain period of time.

I had attended all the live classes and completed other requirements to unlock the course completion certificate with only the pending item of submitting a project. I contacted Simplilearn customer care and asked them to provide help in completing the project.

Be cautious before enrolling for a course with Simplilearn.com, claiming to be a leading online bootcamp and certification training provider. I had enrolled for Simplilearn LSSGB program with an exam voucher course in the month of Aug, 2024.
