only currency that really matters anymore is your ability with words headlines drive all financial markets (and are used in geopolitics now as leverage points to contain or exacerbate the effect of certain moments), twitter posters can move markets with a substack article, something can be factually incorrect (the ai water usage debate) yet the CEOs of the largest companies in the world rn are unable to tell a story the public identifies with, more people are sounding more and more alike because of the coagulation of online echo chambers from social media and LLM usage (most people consume the same things) language is a derivative of trust and there's a lot of context, rhythm, instinct that goes along with it that a machine can't really replicate. why the idea of "making it out of the permanent underclass" is flawed from a concept because it places value on the wrong thing you should be skillsmaxxing and the most important skill is your ability with language and strengthening the connective tissue between idea and impact
