If it ain't bad, rest and reduce inflammation until healed and carry on. Exercise would be epic.
I've had zillions of minor muscle/tendon strains/tears. (Plus a heap if broken bones...) These bodies heal great!

...Your actual fighting skill remains in pretend land.
I remember my first competition, (Kyokushin), i got my ass handed to me from a blue belt (i was a 2nd Dan black belt).
A true wake-up moment.
Until it is battle tested, it remains what i call 'theory fighting'.
Defense is the most important skill to learn imo, but same goes.... it's all theory until tested/trained/proven.
I will add: i kept training after that first fight loss. Some years later i won the Australian middle weight title.
I no longer compete but these skills have served me for life.

Sparing against people that are better than you is a great way to improve.
Actual competition is the real domain though.
You can train and do sparing for years and years, but until you get in a ring with someone who wants to smash your skull....

People wanna judge me for wanting alcohol banned. I had alcohol poisoning twice in my past. I’ve committed felonies because I wanted more. Alcohol can be as addicting to another drug. My step father blew himself up last June (News article will be posted in the comments). My father in law just passed on Dec 22, day after my birthday.
I try my hardest everyday now! I’m only 62 days sober, but you don’t know what tf I been through. I had years under my belt before I had a series of bad luck.
I love sharing bits and pieces of my story because there’s people out there struggling with alcohol that are awesome people sober.

A joyous moment for every Indian!
Chola Copper Plates dating back to the 11th Century will be repatriated to India from the Netherlands. Took part in the ceremony for the same in the presence of Prime Minister Rob Jetten.
The Chola Copper Plates are a set of 21 large plates and 3 small plates and largely contain texts in Tamil, one of the most beautiful languages of the world. They relate to the great Rajendra Chola I formalising an oral commitment made by his father, King Rajaraja I. They also showcase the greatness of the Cholas. We in India are immensely proud of the Cholas, their culture and their maritime prowess.
I thank the Government of the Netherlands and Leiden University in particular, where the Copper Plates were kept since the mid-19th century.
