@alarter ChatGPT is excellent to use for model texts if you give it enough detail to work with. You can then doctor it to suit your own style or class needs once you have a draft or ask ChatGPT to edit it appropriately.

Has anyone got a decent WAGOLL for a balanced argument for Y6? The ones I can see on the internet are the usual ones. Thank you! #UKS2 #English #primaryenglish

@eenalol There’s a website/software called widgit which is also great for this and making vocab word mats that we use a lot at my school!

I introduced icons to my slides this year so my kids have a visual prompt as to expectations. There’s prompts there about all kinds. My kids took some training, but they’re part of my every day routine now! They save me so much voice (and so much repeating of instructions!).

Yesterday marked the end of my first school placement as a trainee teacher. It was an incredible experience thanks to the wonderful class and my mentor who guided, supported, and encouraged me throughout. Excited to see what the rest of this journey holds.

@MrP_Y3 We’ve absolutely loved the move and lifestyle but I’ve been incredibly lucky with the school I’ve joined and what I’ve been offered. Packages vary greatly from what I’ve seen so be careful to do your research into what the schools offer and ask questions if offered a post 😊

Year 6 residential trip UAE style 🇦🇪 Amazing few days spent with the children in my year group in unbelievable surroundings and doing some great activities! Always a delight getting to know the children in such a different environment from the ordinary day to day classroom 🧗‍♂️🚵‍♂️
