Gadhdhu. This is Tholhath's brother in law. Asheer works in foreign service. He was a Counsellor at Maldivian Embassy in Malaysia, taking a fat salary in the last few years and currently working at Foreign Ministry as a Director, regularly accompanying Kuwait Fund thief Minister Khaleel. So, no further introduction of him is needed. It's no coincidence that Techne had the exact type of tablet with the precise specifications and were able to deliver within 24 hours, which is why they won the contract, beating all other bidders. These are pre planned grand thefts happening in broad daylight. Guizzu is actively recruiting thieves to carry out his stealing at SOEs. They are closely linked to corrupt suppliers like these. Just yesterday, STO procurement thief Mohamed Shujau was recruited to head Procurement (Resources) at Fenaka. Guizzu’s goal is to steal as much as he can in these 2.5 years. No supplier with any integrity would want to be involved in these scandal ridden projects. MTCC’s taxi service has been a scandal since day one. They paid Fixed Maldives (a sole proprietorship, owned by Ibrahim Abdulla of Daisymaage) 13 million MVR for a taxi app that doesn’t even work. It has been all over the media. Now these Techne people have decided to get involved in this corruption by helping MTCC replace the entertainment system with their tablets (which they had ready to deliver).
