@mralibongo ICBs will be 35% of their size of that is the case. Will be a very different organisation, and the Gov statement that there wouldn't be another restructure on top of the 4 in the last decade is now a little hollow

Can’t wait for this to play out in the morning. Basically that’s nhs England and the ICB’s chopping most staff. There must be a plan to stop some work also.

@FentonRedbush @CoralHiggins365 Sometimes that’s the case, and I’m sure there are different set up’s. The comm’s or IT are one GM team, making one team. However maybe it could go up a level like regional IT? Etc I’m sure it will come out in the wash.

@CoralHiggins365 @mralibongo You could argue that the locality teams are the issue.
Each locality usually have their own Head of IT, HR, Finance, all with a small team behind them... a throwback to the CCG days. There are also the central teams with a similar setup but on much higher bands.
