@bigmouthsai I hope you are doing well and the rest of your trip ends on a high note. Also briefly reading about dpdr is interesting. Not self-diagnosing, but the feeling of being an outside observer is something I felt when I was a kid, but I’m sure there is more to dpdr than that

i don’t do it a lot anymore because it has cause irreversible harm to my psyche where i start to feel like im not real or anything around me isn’t real (dpdr) but days like today i could really use it 😭

the best and worst thing about my mental illnesses is my ability to dissociate, i can make the whole day go by in a minute if i really want to
