1. Held a meeting to discuss traffic problems at University chowk
2. Held a meeting to discuss garbage problem on FC Rd
3. Held a meeting to discuss Metro construction delay
4. Organized a walk on @VetalTekdi along Balbharati rd alignment and then asked where the tekdi was.
5. Held a meeting again ( and again, and again) to discuss traffic problems at Univ chowk

In Guangzhou @zeng_guohua … RIRS (flexible URS - dotted blue line) now catching up to PCNL (black line). That’s saying something! Why ? Suction sheaths, better lasers ..

That means you accept PNL and RIRS as noninvasive preferred choice procedures for such cases. In case of any complicationof course possible) that could be a certain medico/legal issue. How about the placement of stent/ tube in a certain per cent of the cases undergoing RIRS:PNL?
