@Seatfrog I tried to book a ticket this evening at late notice, something went wrong with the booking (the page refreshed several times) and my booking completed for a different train (which was then refused by the conductor). Can you please help with refund?

@Uber if you want to increase subscriptions to Uber one, these two features would really help. 1) freeze (or cap) surcharging during peak periods; 2) get priority for finding a cab when it's busy. (A cab guaranteed in X many mins).

Hi @British_Airways I just wondered if you had any plans to sort your website and app - literally the worst I've ever used. Beyond a joke. Consistently can't book flights with vouchers, change bookings, check in. Absolute farce.
