Recap - been on & off in the UK markets since dotcom days but got serious around the GFC. Manage family & close friends accounts. Will probably discuss strategy in future posts like I used to in the past but honestly I get put off posting on here at times.

Yet another successful well for @corp_arrow maintaining their 100% drilling record....unique stats!. :-First of all, this was an exploration well. It opens up a whole new field so will add significantly to the reserves and NAV when this company is sold one day. :- Big question is how big? It is up the fault 10km from Carrizales Norte. There is a good chance that the two fields are one and are connected....so a massive aerial extent. :-121 feet of net pay. Two thickest sections, the Ubaque and the Guadalupe ( a new one!) they believe have significant potential for horizontal well exploitation, which means prolific early production and a v fast pay back. :-"We're extremely pleased with the log results on the exploration well at the Alberta Llanos prospect on the Tapir Block." "The success of this well could result in additional production, additional reserves and a new core area for Arrow with additional follow up development wells." "At this time, the Ubaque and Guadalupe reservoirs indicate significant potential for horizontal well exploitation. The next steps are to put the well on production. Once AB-1 is on production, the rig will immediately move to drill AB-2 to further evaluate this discovery." "We look forward to updating stakeholders with the near-term completion news at AB-1 and further updates as we continue our extensive work program in Colombia." :-Since listing, they have grown production from a few hundred BOEPD to over 5000 BOEPD, grown the cash balance and have grown the reserves enormously. They just keep nailing it.
