@youfibre_status down in Gravesend?

@RoyalMail my item was due to be delivered last Saturday. As you can see from the tracking it was sent wrongly to Braintree when I live in Gravesend. It’s imperative the item is delivered today as I’m going away tomorrow. #royalmail

@AmazonHelp @AmazonUK I’ve already contacted customer service and received a refund. I just wanted to highlight the appalling service from this delivery driver. To feel it was ok to leave the package balanced on top of the access point in today’s weather and think it’ll be safe is incredibly naive.

@AmazonUK your delivery drivers are getting worse! My package was left balanced on top of the access point to my estate. Of course by the time I returned home it had been blown in to the road, probably being run over by many vehicles, and with the contents missing. Disgusting! 🤬
