Police Administration should not take action against AOA board members for lapses happened by Noida Authority by giving OC/CC for poor constructed building and under sige / incomplete STP/WTP and other infra by builder. @CP_Noida @FONAA_GBN @CeoNoida @myogiadityanath

FIR on AOA for the defaults of builders and contractors will push good people away from society work. Common residents of AOA are suffering because of non-compliances and violation by builders.

We have seen that a society gets OC/CC for 5000 flats where as water connection is just 540 and other STP/WTP infra is just 1/2 of required

It is the responsibility of administration to find the right culprit and then file an FIR. It is the duty of authority to grant OC/CC post inspection, which was clearly managed. FIR cannot be filed on AoA members, for matters beyond their purview. @CeoNoida @CP_Noida

AoA officials are voluntarily managing to run the society smoothly. They engage agency for executing the job if any mischief happened agency shall be responsible and FIR to be done in name of agency not in name of AOA

आम्रपाली प्लैटिनम का अधूरा काम NBCC पूरा कर रही,उसकी जिम्मेदारी है और सोसाइटी में कोई घटना या हादसा होने पर सोसाइटी के नागरिक ( AOA प्रेसिडेंट,सचिव) पर FIR होना दुखद है ,NBCC के लोग है बड़े पद पर है तो सबसे सीधे साधे आसान AOA को को सजा दे दो गलत परंपरा है @dgpup @myogioffice
