Got a Prenuvo scan last month.
Its a full body MRI scan.
Do you remember how you used to be able to smoke in restaurants? Seems crazy today.
I think in 20,40,50 years we'll look back and be like "wasn't it insane that years ago you could have cancer or something else in your body and not even know about it...and had you known, it would have been cured?"
I've been obsessed with that idea for a few years now.
So I love testing out products that address that.
Prenuvo was pretty cool. You get a fancy waiting room, dot eh scan, then login after and see the results.
Downside is that you have to sit in a loud MRI machine for like 45 minutes.
Was scary waiting for the results. But thankfully, all was good.
But overall, was super cool. Am thinking about getting them down annually (or something like that).
GMAIL has started it's SPAM exodus — so we've shifted to Outlook.
We get Outlook Business Basic accounts for $1,50/mo (instead of $6/mo).
Without fear of landing in spam or having to set them up manually.
Like, comment & RT and I'll DM you how to get access.
NOT using the right cold email acc provider is costing you $30k+ in lost deals.
I spent 8 months trying them ALL.
And made a video Ruthlessly comparing your 6 options.
(Revealing one I’m SECRETLY using that NOBODY talks about)

It’s time for me to really open up; the last few days have been tough 😢.
This is my best friend.
She has been ever since the day I first laid eyes on her nearly 3 years ago.
She’s been with me through extremely tough times—arguments, stress, depression, and a lot of anxiety over the years.
She’s never left my side, welcoming me home when nobody else is there and getting me out of bed.
This isn’t just a dog; she's family.
I completely understand that, to some people, this may sound silly. Some people don’t like dogs, and some may even unfollow me, and that’s fine; we’re all different, luckily.
But is taking someone else’s favorite thing away fair just because of a select few people? Take it away from them, sure, but you can’t tarnish every owner with the same brush.
I didn’t buy her to be a trained killer; I bought her because in life, we all like different things, and I love her.
The most she’ll chase is a fly, lick a stranger to death, and if another dog approaches her, she’ll roll over.
Unfortunately, her breed will be banned here in the UK by the end of the year.
We don’t know what will happen to her, but from the conversations in the House of Commons, it doesn’t sound great, it sounds more like a mass cull.
If you’re from the UK and understand where I’m coming from, I’d appreciate it if you could sign this: petition.parliament.uk/petitions/6436…
All my haters:

4. Wear Apple Watches
5. Have anonymous accounts
6. Divorced old men who hate on women
7. Knows some old bag who died from covid
Under the hood update for those of you interested in Community Notes algorithmic development: As Community Notes expands globally, we want it to show as many notes as will be helpful and informative to people from a wide range of viewpoints. We’ve added a new set of scoring models, called Group models, that identify more such helpful notes, particularly in languages and regions of the world where there are new, smaller and growing groups of contributors.
