Now that's funny. The first comments were nice and constructive. Now the Twitter mob jumped in with the typical insults. Old man, loser, must have been paid by AI. Didn't I mentioned that it affects me too? Making a prediction doesn't mean I support it. You can say there will be more hurricanes in the future because of climat changes, doesn't me I'm all for hurricanes. And for those who asked who the F I am, I'm a senor 3D artist who has been working on Hollywood movies since 1998. I'm presently the director of innovation and technology at a VFX company where my job is to find the latest greatest tech and see if it could help us. So I most likely know more about AI than most of you. Now, who are YOU to insult me and criticize me when you can' t even understand that a prediction is not necessary an endorsement? And I'm not a boomer, I'm gen X. So if you can't have an argumentative conversation and all you can do is insulting other people, may you should stay away from social networks.

My prediction: within 10 years, polygons, 3D generated things will be a thing of the past. Sorry everyone but that's the new reality. Now before you send me your hate comments, please understand that I've been doing 3D for almost 30 years now so it does affect me too. Good thing I'm at the end of my career. Resistance is futile.
