There’s big silent money in Rift Valley and when it whispers, even traffic jams listen. Yesterday Ronnie & Terry tied the knot with golden rope and escorted it with G-Wagons. Karen Blixen Museum turned into a full-blown VIP headquarters. Bogani Road looked like a UN summit had relocated there.
The convoy was pure Madness. G-Wagons everywhere like they were being issued for furiiii. The Uasin Gishu big boys pulled up looking like they accidentally drove out of a Forbes magazine cover. Now pale kwa buffet ndio mambo Ilikua mwejeje. The rich were not eating food, they were conducting marine research.
Sea food you’ve only seen on NatGeo was casually chilling next to nyama choma. Prawns looking at you with sanpanku eyes. Everything was there,, barbecue, perfectly grilled nyama choma and food plated like it had a degree from Harvard. The rich Dressed simple but still looked flashy.
No chaos, no shouting, no MC with kadunga moves. Just calm vibes, soft laughter, and people networking like LinkedIn had come to life. Even the alcohol bay area was still full at the end of the event. No bloggers, no TikTokers, no influencers onsite. Wote inje na hizo masimu zao za matakataka.
No wonder @HonAllanChesang who's my boy never invited me for his Koito. Nilionea kwa mtandao like the rest of you poor pipoos🥹. The rich don’t announce, they exist quietly and trend accidentally.
Then now enter the Walala Hoii Avengers. These are the ones who will first create a WhatsApp group Before love comes first. They’ll invite influencers, bloggers, TikTokers & basically anyone with a front camera and data bundles. The wedding becomes less about love and more about content creation with snacks.
The Outfits is always the Nigerian vibes. Music ni Zobu Zobu at full blast while Money is Being sprayed like it’s a scene from a Nollywood movie nobody fully understands. Pale kwa buffet you’re told it’s self service, but there’s a security guard disguised as a caterer standing next to the sufuria with strict instructions that it's One piece of chicken per citizen.
You find Chicken thighs cut into six pieces unashindwa kama ni kuku ama minced meat. You point at drumstick, they serve you imondoo. You point again, they add soup for confidence,, huwanga bad. Walala Hoiis are mixing food like it’s a science experiment.
Hakuna kitu wahakulangi kwa buffet. You find Watermelon on top of a wet fried chicken & pilau next to mukimo. Photography is Total anarchy. Everyone becomes a content creator. People jumping in front of the actual photographer bcoz their followers need the photos more than the couple.
When Cake time arrives, It turns into a survival game. People are packing slices like they’re preparing for famine. Unaskia this one is for my cousin who didn’t come. The Cousin lives in Kisumu but will somehow receive cake crumbs via faith. Ni urímu.
I've come to realize that in Rift Valley, money is just there,, quiet, unbothered, moisturized, and minding its generational business. No noise, no pressure, no fundraising posters. Just vibes, wealth, and people who don’t need to prove anything.
And for those ladies dreaming of marrying into wealth like Terry, let me land this plane gently. The rich don’t marry for potential, they marry for alignment. So as you’re ignoring that broke but genuine guy hoping for a miracle, just know somewhere, a rich family is also ignoring you with equal confidence,, chesaa! Kama kawa sisi walala hoii hatuna maoni, Letu Jicho tu.👀

Firʿaun killed thousands to stop Musa (AS),
but Musa was raised in his own palace.
Yusuf (AS) was thrown in a well,
but he rose to rule Egypt.
Maryam (AS) faced shame alone,
but her son spoke to defend her honor.
Hajar was left in a desert,
but Zamzam burst beneath her child’s feet.
When Allah writes a plan for you, no enemy, no trial, no hardship can erase it.
Every plot against you only pushes you closer to your destiny.
“And they plan, and Allah plans. But Allah is the Best of Planners.” (8:30)
Trust Allah’s plan.

The more education is made accessible to our children, the more empowered, equal and prosperous we become.
In Nairobi during a fundraiser in aid of Islamic institutions in Mandera County, we reaffirmed our collective commitment to education as the foundation of opportunity and progress.
We applaud the Eltabashi Educational Trust’s dedication to supporting vulnerable children in Northern Kenya to access education.

Joined H.E. President @WilliamsRuto for a noble drive led by the Eltabashi Educational Trust, aimed at strengthening Islamic institutions in Mandera County.
At its heart, this initiative goes beyond supporting faith-based infrastructure. It also seeks to open doors of opportunity for vulnerable children across Northern Kenya to access quality education and a brighter future.
For the children and families who benefit, this work is restoring hope, affirming dignity and creating real chances where they are needed most.
We remain deeply grateful to the President for his consistent solidarity with the Muslim community and for supporting efforts that uplift our people.

By a shoe thrown by a jobless probably hungry and drunkard Kenya in rural Kuria? Seriously, Mr. Deputy President? I thought the contest would be defined by something more profound! But when the deputy president of the country says the "contest will be defined" by a shoe thrown at the president, then you realise the calibre of some of those who rule us!

ALLAHU AKBAR.
May ALLAH grant her steadfastness and ease in all her affairs.
Some Muslims feel too embarrassed to refuse when a woman offers her hand to them. In addition to mixing with women, some of them claim that they are forced to shake hands with fellow-students and teachers in schools and universities, or with colleagues in the workplace, or in business meetings and so on, but this is not an acceptable excuse.
The Muslim should overcome his own feelings and the promptings of the Shaytan, and be strong in his faith, because Allah is not ashamed of the truth.
The Muslim could apologize politely and explain that the reason he does not want to shake hands is not to offend or hurt anybody`s feelings, but it is because he is following the teachings of his religion. In most cases this will earn him respect from others. There is no harm done if they find it strange at first, and it may even be a practical opportunity for Da`wah.

Hello guys. The D day has finally arrived. Here is the audited Mchanga report.
Two months ago, Kenyans and people of goodwill contributed a total of Ksh 31,663,580 in an Mchanga account dubbed “care for the injured” which I had created. My initial target was 10 million and I was in awe of the generosity and Kindness from everyone.
I would like to begin this by showing my utmost gratitude to the Mchanga team. This would not have been possible without them. They had no obligation whatsoever to do what they did but they did it. I handled zero cash, all the money was with mchanga in their ecobank account which was used for all payments. I surrendered all the money to them. They have been extremely professional and did this with perfection. I know it was hard for them too and I cannot find words to thank them wallah. I’m in awe!!!!! Asanteni sana! It was a long journey!!!!
Every single cent was used for its intended purpose and for any extra expense I used my own money.
Special thanks to Dr Umar at KNH who worked tirelessly to help me out with the endless cases. Asante sana!!! And to Nickson from malipo centre. Wilma, thank you so much my dear. And to all social workers and volunteers led by @NasNandha and the team who helped me around and stood with our comrades!!
I will be lying if I said I managed this well. My emotions were all over. I would like to sincerely apologize to anyone I may have offended and hurt intentionally or unintentionally. I love you all so much wallah. I apologize for being on the edge and acting up sometimes.
When this began, I had a hard time and in the middle of all of it I wished I surrendered the money to a reputable organization and not think that I could handle it. I’m broken. I’m so broken. I experienced the trails of police brutality in hospitals, funerals and morgues. Each day was harder than the previous one. Somehow most people and things have moved on but I’ve never been normal and I don’t know how to be and I haven’t been back to work I had to stay at home again.
I will never forget, never forget how mercilessly they murdered our people who wanted better for this country. Handling this was a test for me, I would break down in public toilets and scream under my pillow later. But my God, I would do it again and again if it means taking care of our comrades.
Enough whining(I’m sorry I needed everyone to understand how heavy this was)
We had 208 beneficiaries. The total number of dead people whose cases I received is 62. The injured around the country whom we paid hospital bills for were 146. Please find all the information in the report below.
I want everyone to understand how important this was. So many people could’ve have been stranded wallah. The bills were a lot and the injuries were serious and deep. Special thanks to KNH for waiving the bills for our comrades!!! Thank you so much!!!
I believe I did everything to ensure that no one was stranded and left behind. Whether in hospital the morgue or with the burial expenses. No one.
Thank you so much for everything. May you never lack, may the universe be kind to you all always. I’m crying as I type all these. I’m oozing with gratitude. I’m in awe, thank you so much 🥹🥹🥹🥹 I love you all so much, from the deepest warmest parts of my heart.
I’ll be answering all the questions please feel free to ask.🤗🤗🤗🤗

🚨This will be the last post we share here.
We believe there is no point in telling our human stories anymore; everyone has grown accustomed to seeing us killed. It's no longer worth the risk to send our voice out to a world that is content with mere solidarity. Even many of our human stories no longer interest people (even our voice is being ignored).
It's time to stop waiting for a savior and to help ourselves survive.
Please try to keep us in your prayers.

At the funeral of Jacob Juma, Cyrus Jirongo told the mourners how he had witnessed Zakayo kill someone:-
"A young man came around and hit my vehicle with an arrow. George Kapten rushed out of the car, pursued the man then pounced on him. We all thought that we had apprehended the man, but that day my friend (Ruto) made me believe he was capable of killing when he strangled him before us.
Those who were around during that period know that the young man was killed by Deputy President William Ruto."
The video is in Swahili, and l have translated the caption. #RutoMustGo
