@MissRobinsonITT @MrTs_NQTs Personally I’d stop worrying about what you are teaching them until the behaviour and expectations are sorted out. It really pays to spend time fixing this now rather than letting it spiral. Remind them of expectations and wait and recap until they’ve got it.
