@VWUKHelp absolutely shocking customer service from VWFS as our agreement ends! There’s only so much COVID excuses that can be made! Forms sent mid- March to take my cherish plate off the vehicle- still no acknowledgement and my car has been collected with my plate assigned #1

@GPRuralCrime 9 trail bikes went up onto the common land by my house in Pantygasseg late afternoon, 100’s of cars going past my house, I presume to Blaencuffin, and there were people camping by the look-out last night- it’s been ridiculous the amount of people in this area during lockdown!

@VWUKHelp threatening action! We raised a complaint on 22 June which until resolved we will not settle the invoices. Most times I phone the IVR cuts the call so I can’t even speak with you! Please tell us where I can invoice you for 24 days storage fees if you are going #3

@VWUKHelp BCA then collected them vehicle 24 days after lease ended, after cancelling twice and you have the audacity to invoice us for 24 days extra hire!! You’ve taken the funds out of our account and then put them back in and are now sending Collections letters #2

@Hermesparcels now you’ve received my @jlandpartners order again?! What is actually going on?! Shocking service- no wonder @Hermesparcels have such a bad reputation! Also really unhappy I’ve tried to call and every option on IVR gives you pre- set responses and hangs up the call!
