@T_Fuller1 @utdSh0la @MercedesAMGF1 He got robbed. The rules literally changed within 1 minute from ‘no cars will unlap’ to only ‘5 cars will unlap’. Max did overtake but he was allowed to do so by the rule makers breaking their own rules. Lewis was robbed by the FIA, Max just raced the hand he was given.

@RishiSunak @RishiSunak for those of us who have bought new builds and have exchanged but cannot complete because of build delays this extension does not help. There is still a cliff edge. Extend for those who have exchanged.

The new £500,000 nil rate band for #StampDuty won't end on 31st March, it will end on the 30th June. Then, to smooth the transition back to normal, the nil rate band will be £250,000, double its standard level, until the end of September. #Budget2021

@RishiSunak extending stamp duty by six weeks just extends the problem. There will still be a mad rush. Extend for those who have exchanged by March 31st. First time buyers often buy new builds so completion is dependant on the property being finished. That is out of their hands.

@RishiSunak can you provide clarity around stamp duty? Will those who have exchanged by ‘March 31st still be liable for Stamp Duty at the full rate? Every aspect is slow now - this is important for many especially first time buyers in LDN.

@RishiSunak stamp duty holiday ends 31/3. Have you considered extending for those who have exchanged but not yet completed? There are big delays which are out of the hands of homebuyers especially first timers.

@JustEatUK I would have loved to JustEat, but when my order did not show and I asked for a refund I was told because the driver was in ‘proximity’ of my address at the time of it supposedly being delivered I would get no refund! So I was JustHungry and out of pocket!
