Please watch and share. The NHS don’t know how to treat people with ME. There are no protocols. No commissioned services. No training. Can you imagine that with any other illness? With Cvd now leaving more with ME it’s a ticking time bomb. Don’t think it can’t happen to you/yours

I feel it’s very relevant to chronic illness too especially #pwME
I struggle to answer “how are you” without sounding like a moaning Minnie. But if someone asks “how’s your day” I can answer.
I’ve always tried to do this with grieving friends irl, I wish they’d do it back.
