@chipgaines I’m at a title 1 school in Austin. I’d love Velcro strips to put on the carpet that would be a guide to where their desk needs to stay. That way everyone has their own parking spot for the desk and they stay socially distanced apart.

@chipgaines @AssistingChip I teach 5th grade in a title 1 school in RoundRock. I have a girl whose mother has stage 4 breast cancer. I’m “adopting” the mom, sister and student for Christmas. Mom is struggling to keep electricity on and food on the table. Anything would help.

I love judging the Spelling Bee at School every year. I am always amazed at our students and their ability to spell difficult words. I know they worked hard! Bonus I get to hang out with my awesome AP @ThereseWafford and friend @mrsdanielsommer and BFF @jackielp211 @RoundRockISD

What an amazing group we had today for Teacher Team Leader training! We spent time diving into and role playing feedback and crucial conversations, as well as studying the role as defined in the new RRISD Leadership Principles. Great leaders of others in our district! @rrisdpd
