@tokcin70 Ramai rakyat malaysia juga sudah ada insurans dan medical card. Adakah kesesakan di hospital awam ini sebab kualiti perkhidmatan hospital kerajaan yang bagus?

Ini Hospital Putrajaya. Bukan terminal bas. Tapi pagi ini kerusi menunggu penuh, warga emas berkerusi roda beratur, orang berdiri sampai ke lorong. Rawatan swasta makin mahal. Jadi seluruh tekanan rakyat marhaen ditolak ke hospital kerajaan. Doktor penat. Nurse penat. Pesakit menunggu. Yang sesak bukan bangunan saja. Sistem kesihatan awam kita sedang menahan nafas.

Tourism Minister Tiong King Sing has criticised what he calls inconsistent backlash against the Rain Rave Water Music Festival in Bukit Bintang, noting that similar events have not faced the same scrutiny. He cited a large-scale Songkran celebration in Kedah in April, saying it also featured water-splashing activities. 🧵1

@RajaMohdShahrim That PAS leader must be completely out of his mind. Even if PAS, out of ignorance, organised it, that still doesn’t justify organizing an event that promotes moral decline.

#NSTviral The long-running debate over the naming of nasi lemak has resurfaced on social media in recent days, with Malaysians pushing back against the use of the term "Nanyang Coconut Rice" in posts circulating online. Checks across social media platforms found many Malaysians, including the Chinese and Peranakan communities, rejecting the label as an inaccurate and unnecessary rebranding of the national dish. For many online users on both sides of the Causeway, however, the response was simple: nasi lemak is still nasi lemak. Read More: bit.ly/4cDRAbM

A viral social media post showing a visibly underweight Malayan tiger in a Japanese zoo has stirred concern among Malaysians, intensifying debate over the welfare of Malaysian wildlife sent overseas. The clip, circulating widely on Threads, showed the tiger pacing slowly inside its enclosure before sitting and lying down on a patch of grass, with its ribs and hip bones clearly visible. Alongside the video, a user identified as gazelle.64528627 wrote: “Just look at the tigers in Japanese zoos…I can’t bear to watch. They really don’t know how to take care of animals. Is DAK going to end up like this too? So cruel, extremely cruel… I hope they get what they deserve!” The post quickly went viral, with users sharing comparisons between animals in Japanese and Malaysian zoos and questioning welfare standards. Some described the tiger’s condition as distressing, while others speculated about illness or environmental stress factors.
