@CostaCoffee @CostaCoffee thanks for reply, I understand that but you are still charging the original price for the drink. Surely you should reduce the cost of the drink if removing the cream and then if you chose to have cream the cost will then be the same as usual?

@mrsmcc Hi Vikki, We have moved cream to be an optional extra this year based on customer feedback over the past few summers. You shouldn't get less drink. The cream is added to the top - Natalie

@CostaCoffee So..... costa coffee are now charging an extra 45p for cream in a drink that is made with cream ?! If you don’t want to pay for the cream you get the drink less the cream for the same price as it was before .... bad move costa ... bad move !
