I’ve been pretty quiet here lately. Survival mode. I’ve worked in an inner city hospital for two decades. I’ve never seen it this bad before. If you haven’t seen someone dying on our streets, You’re averting your eyes. Toxic opiates are the symptom of inhumane politics.
