@NicholasFerroni Did you also ask him to document any time he helps his kid(s) understand something better? Because that’s super fun, too. Make sure he uploads his documentation to the family group text so that they know he loves them and that he’s trying hard to meet their needs. 😐

At a party, a friend of mine joked about how good teachers have it. So, I followed him around saying his name over and over, asking for permission to use the bathroom, and telling him to repeat everything he said… until he got so frustrated he apologized. He got the point.

My adhd brain told me to cover a whole board in old, old book pages but it didn’t tell me it’d take forever. So, I ran up to school this afternoon to wrap it up. And I’m pretty proud for listening to myself 🤣🤷🏼‍♀️🖤

@senoraziegler Oh man! This is a rough adjustment! But honestly, of all the different periods that I’ve had my conference period, last period conference has been my FAVORITE. I always felt the most productive at the end of the day, and I could work through the bell. It was THE BEST!

Yup. Teachers put all their chips in and called your bluff. While I am still in the classroom, I fully stand behind my peers who chose to walk away. For many, I know it was a gut-wrenching decision I know they didn’t want to have to make.
