@HM_Passport nightmare here! Despite HMPO telling us that if the now required birth certificate was sent by Oct 15th (it was signed for 08:13 on the 14th) now they’ve sent an message asking for the docs again. They have had them for 7 days. Flying on 23rd. HELP PLEASE!!!

@passportwaiting How long did it take for your child’s birth certificate to get processed? Our application is in Examination. The birth certificate was signed for on Thursday 14th Oct at 08:13 Liverpool. Many thanks!

@hanny_beany @passportwaiting I read somewhere that another lady had the same thing happen to her and tracked it to a local depot. I just took my tracking/shipment number found on TNT website and took my drivers licence and hoped beyond hope they’d release it and they did with no drama. The relief! ❤️

@passportwaiting Docs sent 16th Sept, Opened 23rd, Approved, Printed and Sent 14th, Passport received TODAY!!! Had to go to the local FedEx/TNT 40 mins drive away to finally get hold of it as they kept saying delivery 15th, then 16th, then 18th then 19th. Find which branch it at!

@HM_Passport HELP! PEX 351 251 2780 child’s renewal approved, printed and then sent via TNT on Thurs 14th Oct. TNT due to deliver 15th Oct, then moved to 16th Oct and now 18th Oct. SHAMBOLIC they kept moving the dates by a day on the day of delivery. Due to fly 23rd. HELP PLEASE!

@passportwaiting my friends application for his child’s renewal was seen by examiner yesterday & they asked for a Birth Certificate which was signed for at HMPO this morn. He supplied tracking ID to HMPO - how long did it take for your BC to get read/approved? Flying on 23rd Oct

@StephDinning @AdamChambers77 @passportwaiting I just through to a lovely guy in under 26 minutes - yesterday’s call waiting was 1 hour 45 minutes… So update: our documents and our friends documents were both opened on the 23rd Sept. My friends sons application has just gone through to the examiners. Ours should be soon too.

@passportwaiting has anyone had to submit a birth certificate and if so how long did it take for the office to open and process it? PLEASE tell me not the 5 days it took to open and record the old passport or you will make a grown woman cry 😭 due to fly on the 24th x

@Luka53238720 @93Kiran @HM_Passport I applied on the 30th Aug, docs received by Liverpool office on the 3rd Sept. Since then nothing. I'm following this forum on passportwaitingtimes UK and most ppl seem to be getting theirs in 3- 4 weeks time. Fingers crossed.
